EBS_freak
Nice. Enjoy! Still haven't tried out that SSS pickup config. Could be quite versatile, I'm guessing. (Or a phasing disaster!?)

I've yet to play one of these - not seen one in any of the shops or anything. Guess I'll have to wait til one of the shows comes around. Grand Wazoo
Well done, I've also just sold a 5 strings Big Al, they are great basses, really full of tonal options.
Musicman20
Wow, lucky with the customs and the speed. Nice bass. Glad you like it. Any favourite settings yet?
Schnozzalee
Love the shape of these basses, traditional finish! I'd change the pickguard to black only because I think it looks better with the maple. Jack of all trade electronics kind of like a G&L. Congratulations on the duty charges!! I got stiffed 100 or so quid importing a guitar

Musicman20
When I tested it, the front and rear pickup in active was a really nice snarly rock tone. The single S in the middle, passive, is just SO close to a P bass its unreal.

Any reason why it slipped through the net?
Just been thinking; slipped through the net SO FAR might be more apt! I one got a bass from the States and I has well chuffed when I didn't get clattered with a big bill... till it arrived 3 weeks later. Turns out one or two couriers to speed the process of delivery up, sort out all the nasty stuff after it's been delivered. Not saying it is in this case but don't go spending any funds you have put aside to pay the expected duty.

Gust0o
I can't imagine you'd pay twice on the duty, so it's to be hoped that that's the lot of it - and, if so, result!
Chris2112
Looks very cool indeed. It's like the colours of the 60's meeting the shapes of the 80's...and it works!

Sean
Well done on getting a Musicman out of the USA! I've tried in the past and they said Ernie Ball don't let them export.

Platypus
I'm not looking for anything at the moment - was just confirming that generally the US dealers won't (can't) export Ernie Ball bases
last time i was in the bass mercahnt they had a blue one in.
