Bass Collection

Hi all, i am thinking about purchasing one of the power bass's

this one to be precise

has any one played one and if so what were your thoughts

Thats a lot of money for what it is, when I get a sneaking suspicion that a Classic Vibe Precision would be a better buy.

Looks like an alright bit of kit. Only thing that would put me off is the resale value compared to a Squier. But if you are looking to keep a hold of it for a while, it could be a good buy.

I bought a Bass Collection Speakeasy bass a few weeks ago and it's a very playable and well built bass.
For that price range I'd probably look for a second hand Fender Mexican bass but the Bass Collection are worth a try too.

the ideal thing is obviously to get to try both a CV or two and this, then make your mind up. Is this possible?
