gary mac Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Thanks Chris. I know that black is not the most popular finish but this does look damn fine and the neck/fretboard is just lovely. The covers will be coming off though, love the look but as I mostly play with a pick, they need to go. Quote
Thunderbird Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 OMFG that 74 is gorgeous Gary and it has the perfect colour and neck combination .......stunning mate Quote

gary mac Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Indeed Clarky. Used it at a rehearsal the other night and it seemed very fitting when we played Brick in the Wall. Quote

darren Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 (edited) My 2004/5 PB57-US and 1996 MIA precisions. The MIA is already featured in this thread but now has a new tort pickguard and pup cover :P) Edited December 23, 2013 by darren Quote
darren Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 Not sure if this counts. It's a Shaftesbury model 3266-I think. Quote
skej21 Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 Here's a picture of my new Fender Nate Mendel Signature Precision. I'd been admiring the one in my local music shop for months and the better half got it for me for Christmas. It's wonderful and the neck profile is great for a jazz bass fan like me! The Seymour Duncan quarter pounders are thunderous but im thinking of switching them out for some Aguilar AG4P-60 pickups, just to see if a more vintage vibe would be better. I'm absolutely in love with it though. Best. Present. Ever! Quote
