I replaced the factory white scratch plate with a red tort one bought off ebay. Its a cheap as chips one from China which fits perfectly and looks pretty darn good to me. The body colour is a gorgeous off white, the rosewood board is lovely and dark making this my prefect Pbass colour combination. I could do with getting myself a black pickguard made up for my US Precision, which ebay listing/seller was it? Cheers

WingedWords
My first good bass.1996 American Standard, bought new from Wapping. I changed the pickguard from white, but it's stock otherwise. I had a period when I only played my Warwicks and a few years with hardly any bass playing at all, but since finding my way back I've not touched anything but this. A full rich bass sound and I love it.

Jonse
I posted this in the MIM thread but just love the way my road worn looks and plays. Gotoh resolite tuners, bone nut, Wudtone neckplate, black anodised pickguard, gotoh screws, ebony thumbrest, Lindy Fralin pickup, Emerson p-bass loom, badass bridge. Think the only stock bits are the string tree, strap buttons, knobs and the wood. Edited August 3, 2020 by Jonse

yonni
Not a Fender but a Bass Centre Bruce Thomas Profile which is based on his stolen ‘62 Fender. Mahogany board plays and sounds great.
Jonse
Got myself a proper celluloid pickguard for the roadworn. I was going to go for cream covers but I'm really liking this look. Here it is relaxing on the sofa after the first band practice in 7 (!?) months.

Sibob
Decided to take a little family shot. There’s another ‘project’ Precision that needs to be added to this when it’s finished, soon hopefully, waiting on tuners. Anyway, L-R: 70’s Camel Journey 2020 Moollon P Classic IV 1971 Fender Precision Si
