gary mac Posted January 20, 2008 Posted January 20, 2008 Very tempted by this, to keep my fretted wal company. Will have a divorce to deal with if I don't sell some other gear first to finance it. Are you willing to indicate a ball park figure, so that I can enter negotiations with the wife. All the best Gary
mgauction Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Another beaut! A very fair price. Good luck with it!
WalMan Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Dammit not even I can find a plan cunning enough for this & the 5'er Unless ERNIE obliges next week
Mr Bassman Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I've had the opportunity to play this bass on a couple of occasions & I'm very tempted, but as I own a 5 string fretless I can't justify having another. It plays like a dream and is as described in great condition. Jonty is a genuine nice guy and anyone interested in buying this bass should have no worries.

gary mac Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 hi JP. Negotiations have ground to a halt mate, all due to an expensive car repair. The only way would be for me to thin out my collection a bit. But what to sell: my yamaha thru neck, my wal 4 string fretted, precision deluxe or yamaha semi? problem is I love em all. So all in all not looking promising at the moment, although still plotting. All the best, Gary.

As several people have expressed interest, I'm dealing with them on a first come, first served basis. Rest assured that I will not disclose any information regarding anyone who may be interested. I will update the post as soon as the bass acquires a new owner. Regards, JP
