buff Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 (edited) Couple of month's old all white 3 jazz pick up model, has a couple of seymour duncan pick up's fitted at present. Also comes with the original ones. Neck wise i'd say it was the width of a jazz, but slightly deeper. Looking for £220 with postage. Edited January 12, 2011 by buff

chuck_stones Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 What's the tone on this thing like? Reminds me a bit of a Fender Jaguar?
Gust0o Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 It does, indeed, look a lot like a Fender Jag. I've never seen a 3-J model, only the twin humbucker. I'd second Chuck in wanting to know what it sounds like; hopefully as cool as it looks.
buff Posted January 14, 2011 Author Posted January 14, 2011 (edited) A lot of tone option's on it, depending on which pick up is selected. Neck, bassy. Bridge kind of tinny. Middle one kind of a mixture of the two. All three really balanced fat sound. Nice deep tone to it also. Edited January 14, 2011 by buff
redstriper Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Are you interested in a part ex for these ?
Gust0o Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 Buff, when you say it's a fitted with a "couple" of Seymours, do you know what they are? And is it only the pair (i.e. is there a pick-up not fitted - 3 holes, but just the "couple" of Seymours)? Just getting my head round it.
buff Posted January 17, 2011 Author Posted January 17, 2011 (edited) The two pick up's are seymour duncan designed pick up's out of a squier, as theyre an higher output. The pick up in the middle is a standard ibanez one. Just though i'd try them out as i had them lying around. Edited January 17, 2011 by buff
