iconic Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 (edited) One for a Julian Cope anorak most likely, ....I knew he played bass in the early days of Teardrop Explodes, Kilimanjaro etc, he also played bass on the old grey whistle test, but later on I never see him playing??? Anyone know why....bar being off his head? Edited January 12, 2011 by iconic Quote
ahpook Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 (edited) iirc from 'head on' he stopped playing bass live so he could concentrate on singing, which he found easier without the bass. he did play guitar on stage occasionally. Edited January 12, 2011 by ahpook Quote
steve-soar Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Seem him playing guitar and bass but I think he plays bass nowadays. Quote

tony_m Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 (edited) I think these days he mainly plays guitar or bass (acoustic) when in Black Sheep mode... or electric bass when in Brain Donor mode... That's when he's not standing around in the countryside being all Archdrude-ish... Above pic from Head Heritage, lots more Copetastic stuff to be found there if you're of a mind... Edited January 12, 2011 by tony_m Quote
