NJE
Nice video, thanks for posting. Mic Todd is a fantastic bass player and very underrated IMHO. His riffs and melody and note choice under what the the two guitarists in Coheed are doing is genius. Its a wonder he has any room to do anything under two guitarists constantly battling and interweaving but he does it. One of the best rock bassists out there at the moment in my eyes. HMX
He was the reason I got a Spector (from the Good Apollo I album - the tone was SO damn good!)
Chris2112
Oh no, has he moved to Fender? His Spector sound was so much better than a Fender could ever be!
HMX
Aye, he's used Fender for a few years - moving between Jazz and Precisions but I think he plays mainly a Geddy Lee sig nowadays. The Spector really had bite, especially in some songs in Good Apollo 1, but the mid scoop really didn't help in some cases, particularly 'Welcome Home'. But I'm being picky, the tone was great.
