I emailed them a couple of times to find out what was going on, I got no response until they answered and email to say the strings had been sent... 2 days after I'd recieved them... Shockwave Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 Good luck with this, it took them 4 months to ship the strings i ordered (I had to ring up and they claimed they never recieved the order), they got the wrong gauge, the wrong material and sent me 6 sets when i ordered 2 sets and charged me £130. Then they insisted i couldnt have ordered just 2 sets as they only sell them in 6 set batches and said i was wrong (Even though i have records to say that i was correct). They said they Shouldnt allow me to send the strings back as they had no use for them. I gave them what for outed them publicly on the major bass forums and all of a sudden I got an apologetic email a refund and an address to send the strings back. They even had the gall to tell me that they were the "Only company to offer such a service", funny that Status-Graphite, offer the same service, only fast, cheaper, accurate and with decent comms. NJE Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 Orders via the website do take about a week to arrive in my experience. However I quickly learned that using the good old telephone to give them a call and order (usually with Chris May himself) is much quicker and I have had them within 2 days which is jsut as good as strings direct, plus they are good cheap strings. Don't be afriad of the phone people, you get an actual real person to speak to and phones get answered quicker than emails in most companies and organisations.
