faultyy
I'm trying to trade off an OLP MM3 (http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=11884). I'm going to buy some cleaning products tomorrow and was wondering if anyone could reccomend the best thing to clean up the fretboard? Cheers
Machines
I believe with maple it's quite tough. The dirt ingrains itself into the wood more than it would with a rosewood board. You shouldn't use lemon oil on a maple neck (apparently), look here: http://www.jemsite.com/tech/3other.htm#fbclean

chris_b
Maple fretboards are usually sealed. Is the varnish still intact or have you worn through it? If it is ok I would use a good quality, chemical free, furniture polish and a duster. I have also used Dunlop Formula 65.
Hit&Run
A guitar tech (guitar dr) told me he rates Mr Sheen when I asked him the same question
Mr. Foxen
With care, start with a damp cloth, and breath, work your way up form there, might be all you need.
markytbass
I use a bees wax based balm on my stingray neck, brings it up a treat.
