spongebob Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 After a heads-up on BC, I checked out the Woodbrass.com site. Some good prices there....shipped from Europe with free postage over a certain amount. Has anybody here ordered from them? I bought some Drum stuff from Thomann in Germany some years back, and they were superb. Any experienced good/bad with Woodbrass? Quote
Trois6 Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Hi ! I'm french, so I well know Woodbrass. It's a good adress, serious like thomann. Prices are goods and service too. Bought a guitar from us, have good contact on phone and she arrived in time ! Quote
spongebob Posted January 20, 2011 Author Posted January 20, 2011 They seem pretty good. Thomann was good for drum bits, but I have read some terrible stuff online about their guitar distribution and service. Woddbrass prices are very competitive, and in some occasions, a good deal cheaper than the UK. Quote

If everybody who deal with thomann had to put a good message on the web it will be ... full of it ^^ You can trust in Woodbrass, this is a big companie so if there is a problem they would be reactiv I think. Balcro Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 I used them once and it was a positive experience. Bought my Cort from there and a gig-bag. They quoted up to 7 days for my choice of delivery and it arrived in 6. Customer service, when enquiring about guarantee, was polite and in good English. Purhase outside the UK ( change of buying pattern) prompted a call from my credit card company - good. They send follow-up e-mails about once a month. No problem Balcro. Quote
Emmaemme Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Great service. Bought a Fender combo from them which turned out to be faulty. They took it back, no questions asked. Quote
spongebob Posted January 22, 2011 Author Posted January 22, 2011 They are still selling the CV Squiers at the old price, with free postage. That's quite a good deal! Thomann's have them even slightly cheaper, also with the free delivery. Quote
