minkey1980
Original ESP B1 Bass for sale. Gold colour / Active EQ etc Original ESP Hard Case included. Not much information around on these but retailed at over a grand new. Jason Newland played one in Metallicas Monsters of Rock Tour. - 4 strings - Alder body - Bolt-on maple neck, - Rosewood fingerboard with 21XJ frets and dot inlays - black hardware and 4 String Deluxe Bass bridge - Pickups: Basslines SMB w/STC Active EQ Great condition (only damage is to headstock corner but difficult to see unless pointed out- i'll get a close up on here shortly). Looking to get £400 to assist with paying for my new buy but would also consider a trade - inparticular in market for Fender fretless basses/Fender Mustang Bass/Or Epi Riviola type????....(ideally a straight swap but can put bit of cash on top to get a special bass!). cocco
That's a cool looking bass! How old is it and what's the neck profile like? I imagine it's simular sounding to a ray?
lettsguitars
nice looking bass. do you mean jason newstead? all looks good though, could use a fret polish and the bridge re-aligning.

The jumbo frets are not everyones cup of tea but makes bends easy and at least means you'll get more life out of them. It dates to early 90s. great active eq going on but more suited to spanking the slap out of it rather than the steady rock I do...
