bubinga5
My dream bass right here on Talk Bass... i never thought a piece of wood would give me wood.. three Celinder J pickups with a Celinder preamp, on the sexiest J shape with a Sonic Blue finish with matching headstock, with a pearl bound neck.... The only other bass ive found nearly as nice as this was from the same Austin Bass Traders...and was a Marcus Miller tribute.. Clarky
Think I recognise that from this rather ignominious FS thread on BassChat! molan
I have to own up that I'm not sure about the three pickup look. The ex Me-Shell daphne blue 4 is still my ultimate Celinder. . .
JTUK
Gotta disagree B5... not doing if for me on the visuals alone. Also, 3 pups..?????? Colour in the pic is a tad OTT for me as well, which may be the pic itself at fault, but at that money it has to be perfect and this is not doing it for me to take a punt. Might change my mind if I actually got up close to it and heard it.. I also think that Celinders generally work less well, stylistically, as a 5.... maybe..?? Platypus
This isn't the Celinder from that thread - that one was a conventional two pickup jazz [quote name='Clarky' post='1109028' date='Jan 31 2011, 08:16 AM']Think I recognise that from this rather ignominious FS thread on BassChat!
