Fretless Fender Precision (CIJ)

Photo uploader's being slow, even though i've downscaled the pics.

Grrr.

If you need the photos i'll email them over to you.

Wear is so fine it's impossible to photograph (clear poly over maple anyone?) It's so untraceable I had to draw an arrow in photoshop to get it.

If you switched to flats, it'd probably last longer than you. If you kept nickel light gauge and the current action, you'll get years of fun out of it.

It hasn't changed or degraded in the 12/18 months i've owned it.

It took me 2 years, a USA Strat and a good chunk of dosh to get my hands on this, you won't see many of these reissues knocking about, I found 3 on my journey, one in Japan, one 'sold' by a grey market CIJ/MIJ Fender dealer, and this one.

PM Me, if you want further info.

Will try again later.

Dots, just for Tom...

And the impossible to photograph 'wear' on the board...

I have these in higher resolution, very happy to send them to personal e-mails.

I'm in meetings all tomorrow, but will answer questions on lunch break and after end of working day.

Hope these help.

I'd love to keep it, but a very patient fellow BC'er will appreciate the £550 towards the Custom Shop Jazz i've taken off his hands.

It's going on the bay in the next day or two, just got to retake a few phots.

Reserve will be £550, so please give me a shout if any BC'er want it, and i'll pull it, or not put it on at all!

Played it earlier, still in love with it! But, needs must.

Now it's on the 'bay on my brothers account (he has a history of selling music gear on eBay, and i don't).

Hope somone from here ends up with it, a truly special instrument.
this is nice, cant beleive its still here, sign of the times perhaps!
Unfortunately it is a sign of the times..... Everyone is skint or looking for a bargain.

I was very tempted with this bass but just can't justify £550 at the moment. :)

If I didn't have the dream fretted Fender to pay for...it'd be here.

I also have 2 Farida Fretless Jazz's i specced being released to me from their rep soon which i designed, so there won't be much space for this as i'll be expected to play them for fretless moments...

It's such an amazing bass.

Agh! No!!!
That's an amazing looking bass, my favourite combination (natural/maple/black... see my avatar) and comes at the time of my discovery of the P-bass love as well as fretless love...
If it remains unsold a little while longer I will have it.
I'm waiting to hear whether I have a job for the next few years, or whether I'm out in a few months... if the answer is the former (good chance that's the case) and you still have it, I'd snap it up without hesitation.

what a beauty!!!!
