Kubs
HI, I know this will be a long shot but maybe someone could be interested I am offering here bassguitar custom build by czech luthier http://www.vivianinstruments.com/Default.asp?lng=2 He has been doing custom instruments since 1995, his first years was clones of classic, then he moved on his own designs (see web). He is respected luthier in Czech Republic Specification: Body: american alder - daphne blue colour Neck: maple with rosewood finger board Bridge: Gotoh 203 with custom body through option Tuners: light Gotoh GB 528 Pickup: Lindy Fralin P Bone nut, 40mm width Sitheusus is his variation on classic fender designs. In short this is ultraclassic sounding P bass without fails of fender instruments (dead spots, high action...) with its own desing. Bass has awesome neck, action is set up pretty low, combined with very comfortable neck profile (the only thing which could be called modern on this bass) it makes it pleasure to play. It can growl on low strings and really sings even on 21st fret. Frets are on 99% percent of them life, bass has classic belt nicks on back of body, no issues at all. Here you can watch video from previous owner - he is using variety of playing styles - even those near to forbidden on P bass style bass :D http://ulozna.soulslavers.com/soubory/luka...39-vlasakpb.zip bass comes along with Vivian gigbag. New is priced slightly over 1000£, I want half so 550£ shipped to UK. Bass is 100% made in Czech Republic, from high quality western sawmill sources. I dont expect much interest so dont call me fool to offer you unknown brand...but check website make your own picture, listen to sample...maybe somebody find love for this beauty. I am not much P bass guy, got this through exchange and find myself much more in active basses than classic P bass.In fact I am not in position to hold more than one bass. I have nice feedback as buyer on talkbass (nick Kubs) or Ebay (jakubv2005). I did trouble free sale of my MusicMan Sterling here on BC to Sweden (can give you nick of buyer through PM to ask him). I think I can claim myself as trusty seller. Edited February 12, 2011 by Kubs
