Annoying Twit Posted February 14, 2011 Share Posted February 14, 2011 I've no practical reason for posting this question, but I'm stuck at work without enough to occupy me for another 20 minutes or so. I've just read the story of the Kon-Tiki expedition on a balsa wood raft across the South Pacific. They kept mentioning mangrove wood, and saying it was as hard as iron.
