... does anyone know the magic incantation for getting through ?

I've been leaving messages on various numbers since friday (admittedly that was late in the day). Their working day has just finished and I still haven't had my call returned.

Don't bother - they don't reply.....

My MM4 had problems, and I ended up just repairing it myself....... and still NEVER got an email or a call back.

I finally got an answer today by calling Sales and pointing out that I'd been waiting since Friday for a returned call. 'Sales' walked through to 'Repair' to get the message through (they were as unsuccessful as I was with a phone call). Both Sales and Repairs were apologetic.

Unit works fine off batteries, but not with power supply. There is no fault with the power supply unit however, but there's what appears to be a burnt-out component on the PCB in the pedal.

Had it checked out by the guy in Denmark St above 'Andy's' ... he confirmed everything I'd found and said it was best handled by Line 6 ... I think (it was a week or two ago now) the main reason was he couldn't isolate the PCB component at fault.
