Benplaysbass Posted February 15, 2011 Share Posted February 15, 2011 Hello everyone, what a great site. Was recommended by a friend and so far have found it enjoyable reading. Well been playing bass since 94 when my dad recruited me into his cover band, started off with a squier precision which I later painted, messed it up and sold it. Now got an Aria Pro II SB...something or other which is currently in bits getting a refurb. Also got an Alliance VP acoustic and just bought an Epiphone Thunderbird which I'm quite liking at the moment. Amp is a bit of a let down at the moment its a cheap as chips Indie 100watt combo. Have had some nice amps but do stupid things with them, like swap for motorbikes that kind of thing. Anyway moved out to the south of France and the music scene is different to what I'm used to.
