i,

I have on offer my1985 FENDER MIJ 75 REISSUE, it is in outstanding original condition.
It hasn't been drilled for any covers, thumbrests etc' and the 3 colour sunburst is virtually faultless, I can't see any dings or marks on the body or neck. The only scuffs are on the scratchplate from playing.
You all know how fussy I am with my gear and this is typical of my basses.

In case you can't read it the serial number is: B002837 and can be verified here:

I'm asking £600 firm because of its condition. Delivery is extra at cost. I won't take an offer for it, it is worth every bean.
It comes with a Gator hard case too.

Thanks for your time.

Think it was partly that bassists missed the aesthetics of the blocks/binding, especially with some of the strangeness that went with basses in the 80's.
I was guilty of some seriously strange basses around that time.
Mind, I think most of the early 70's re-issues were non-export Japanese market.

I had 2 re75 made just in those years (E serial), and they were amazing.
I should've kept at least one of them, I'm missing itl now.

Luckily my ESP 400 relieves my mid 80 Jap nostalgia

That's a blow Tom but it will soon go.
You make a comment that it's a bit more expensive than most, well, a lovely '62 Japanese re-issue went on FEEBay for £720 last week.
Something less common still seems to command a premium.
Good luck,
Karl.
