MrRatty
Hi, another newbie here! I've just started playing bass after many years of playing other instruments. Reasons for changing? I thought I'd give it a try since none of the others I play with wanted to and we really need a bass. But more fool the others - I'm loving this new instrument, it's a whole new dimension to explore and most enjoyable. Many thanks to everybody who has posted on this forum, I've found all your views, opinions and information very helpful and I hope to learn a lot more. I may in time eventually be able to give something back - a lot to learn before that I think! All the best to you all.

Blademan_98
It seems to be catching this 'picking up a bass because no one else wants to'. I think it's the best decision I have made in a long while Welcome to BassChat!
