Bassdude BE
FS/FT: Line 6 Backtrack ,recording/looping device Brand new, bought yesterday at musicstore Thomann , but i found something even better for this purpose in the meanwhile so this can go to a new owner. Comes brand new,in original packaging with proof of purchase /warranty card website blurb: BackTrack is an easy-to-use portable digital recorder that provides total inspiration control for musicians. Typical flash, MP3 and cassette recorders can be complicated, expensive and unreliable when put to the test. They offer low-quality sound and no intuitive way to keep recordings organized. Designed for guitarists by guitarists, BackTrack solves each one of these historic problems. BackTrack boasts pro-grade features including a super-quiet 1/4-inch input, a 1/4-inch output for immediate playback, a "Mark" button to organize your best ideas on-the-fly, a "Play" button for instant replay, better-than-CD-quality audio, a rugged flash memory, lightning-fast USB 2.0 for importing audio to your DAW while the internal battery recharges... traditional recording devices wish they could be BackTrack. Best of all, BackTrack is incredibly easy to use. It's always on, and always listening, so there's no need for a Record button. When inspiration strikes - at rehearsal, in the car, anytime at all - BackTrack is armed and ready. What good is a recording device if it's not ready when you are? review from zzsounds: "If it ain't magic, then I don't know what it is!!!" Feature: That Mark button is great. It allows you to mark your brightest ideas and makes it easier to find them later. Quality: It's made for good! Looks and feels solid, doesn't feel like it's going to break if you breathe on it. Value: It's worth much and much more than it costs. Desirability: Oh yeah, it's appealing. I was going to buy new practice amp, after 3 months of deciding which one I want to buy I finally made my mind. Went to the local store with $100 in my pocket. And then I saw this little thing just sitting on the shelve, fell in love with it and bought it instead of new amp. So now I'm stuck with my crappy amp, but I don't regret buying this recorder. Sound: Sound quality is great, it doesn't add digital feel to the sound as some digital recorders do. I usually play in my headphones, so I put this devise after the amp and plug headphones directly into it. That way it captures not only the sound of my pedal, but also the sound of the amp. Ease of Use: If you ever owned a CD player or an iPod and you know what the Play and Rewind buttons mean than you'll be fine. Support: N/A Overall: It's a very handy little thing. As a beginner I find this recorder very helpful, cause I can record up to 12 hours of my playing and than analyze it and work on whatever is wrong. I also try to come up with my own riffs and licks and this device is always captures my best and worst ideas. Style of Music: Thrash/Speed Metal I payed 48£ for it => you can have it for 40Euro or 35£ OR TRADE (possibly + cash your way ) with bass-fx , i'm most intrested in : digitech bass synth wah or MXR auto Q or 3 leaf audio groove regulator / aguilar agro / EHX neo clone, but other offers are welcome shipping to U.K = 16Euro or 13£ website : http://line6.com/backtrack/ Edited March 1, 2011 by Bassdude BE
