fluter Posted January 30, 2008 Share Posted January 30, 2008 (edited) Ged Green did a great job de-fretting and setting up my Toby, so I'm feeling generous. I basically need this out of my house, wife is concerned about my GAS buildup. Case is as new, 4 decent catches, must be worth a few quid to someone by itself. Anyway, I bought this off ebay to find out if I could manage fretless, ended up using it almost all the time, including gigs. My newly de-fretted Toby pro is making this surplus to requirements. It lives in a luxurious ABS case that can fit a j or p shape. The pictures reveal all, it's pretty much in 'as new' condition. Pickups are marked AXL EMG, whatever that means. The fret slots have never been filled. This is not pretending to be a great bass but it works. I'm hoping it will give someone else a chance to try their hand at fretless.
