Lifting the cab can help in boomy rooms by reducing midbass boundary reinforcement from the floor.
warwickhunt
I have to say we have a few of this companies keyboard stands at work and they don't take kindly to a hard life, I'd not trust to put anything on one that was more than 15-20kg and then I'd be wary of an amp balanced on top of a cab mounted on one! Guest MoJo
Our guitarist uses one of the Giraffe stands to support his Marshall TSL122 combo which weighs in at 30 kilos. He's been using it for a couple of years now and has had no problems with it.
