Amp stands

Messing around on ebay came across these amp stands which could be useful...

Just interested if they are any good for positioning a combo on a tight stage or would you be better off with one of those Mark Bass thingummies...

Lifting the cab can help in boomy rooms by reducing midbass boundary reinforcement from the floor.

Our guitarist uses one of the Giraffe stands to support his Marshall TSL122 combo which weighs in at 30 kilos. He's been using it for a couple of years now and has had no problems with it. :)
