sounds like a lot of fun

girlfren and i have started jamming recently (she's started on violin lessons after a ~30 year hiatus, and me on guitar or bass), and it's a blast.

if we ever get round to recording anything i'll let you folks hear it.

+1, or kasabian.

All of my family have had a go on musical instruments (mum and sister are actually any good at them) but never tried jamming, largely because we have completely different styles of music. Did you have super mario on in the background or something?

I think it tells you something about my formative years that I know that tune like the back of my hand. It's the demo tune from the Yamaha PSS-680 keyboard (they used it on a few other models too, so it could be the 480 or something similar):

As for family jammin'... love it. Keep it up. I have the occasional session with my 3-year-old on ukelele and me on either bass or swanee whistle (don't ask).
OK, to be fair, I probably wouldn't pay money for it! :)

But, it's an absolute joy! The idea of a family getting together and making music is - to me - completely wonderful!

This has made me quite happy. :)
Thanks for that.

I wouldn't pay either (and I don't think we could recreate it...!)
