gruskgo
Im downsizing my home studio, so I'm clearing out my rack desk and rack equipment.. the desk is pick up only from north west London, everything else shipping is included. Rack desk I picked this up from a mastering studio that was relocating, no idea what it's worth but I'd be happy with £100 collected. Feel free to make me an offer, I have no idea what it should go for.. tonnes of rack space in here and space for a mixer/controller in the middle. In the studio, advances in computer-based recording have led many engineers to value the instant control and heads-up use of plug-in effects but many still yearn for the rich, complex sound of a dedicated processor. Now, Lexicon provides a USB interface with an intuitive cross-platform VST plug-in window, allowing the MX200 to function as a hardware plug-in recognized and functioning within a VST-compatible DAW as a plug-in effect, but still operating as a dedicated hardware unit. This unique USB plug-in feature allows MX200 users to easily add legendary Lexicon effects to their computer-based recordings within the graphical interface that appears in the recording application like a plug-in, with full automation and recall features. Now software-based recording engineers can enjoy the legendary Lexicon reverbs and effects, and stay focused on the heart of their studio the application window of their recording software. Those using MX200 in the live arena will appreciate its at-a-glance front panel layout, which constantly indicates which two effects are active, and features independent control areas for each processor. Three control knobs for each effects processor give instant, precise and meaningful control over the most critical parameters for the selected effect The MX200's 99 Factory Presets are meticulously prepared for maximum usability. Either way you choose to use the MX200 live or in the studio -- you can choose two effects at once in one of four routing schemes: Mono Parallel, Mono Sum to Stereo, Stereo Serial, or Stereo Parallel. Featuring 99 carefully crafted factory presets, and 99 User programs that allow you to create your own legendary effects Front panel controls include Input Level, Effects Mix, Effects Balance, Audition button (to preview the selected effect), independent Tempo, Bypass and 3 control knobs for each Processor, Preset Wheel, Configuration and Store buttons. Lexicon MX 200 Features: * 16 legendary Lexicon reverbs * Delays and modulation effects * dbx dynamics * Dual-processor design * 4 routing configurations: dual mono, cascade, dual stereo (parallel), mono split * 99 factory/99 user programs Hardware plug-in feature * VST and Audio Units plug-in software * MX-Edit editor/librarian software * 24-bit/48kHz sample rate * S/PDIF digital I/O * 1/4" balanced/unbalanced I/O * USB port Rane ME-30B (as new £80) + Behringer Composer pro (as new £45) Rane ME-30 The Rane ME 30B is a single channel, 1/3-octave contstant Q micrographic equalizer. The ME 30B utilizes compact 20 mm sliders, and features a Range switch for high slider resolution in the ±6 dB mode. The ±12 dB mode provides a wide range of control over system audio. The active filter sections feature Rane's innovative constant-Q (constant bandwidth) design. This means the bandwidth of each individual filter is guaranteed to be narrow enough to prevent unwarranted interaction between filters, yet wide enough to produce exactly the type of correction curve demanded by even the most unusual acoustic surroundings. This differs dramatically from conventional designs of the past, encumbered with the unfortunate characteristic of changing bandwidth when changing boost/cut amounts. Front panel controls and indicators, aside from the sliders and the filter range switch, include an overall Level control as well as an Overload indicator and a passive Bypass switch. The rear of the unit provides both 1/4" Tip-Ring-Sleeve and XLR connectors for each Input and Output. The Inputs and Outputs are fully actively balanced. Unbalanced sources may be connected through the use of either "mono" 1/4" TS connectors or by tying the ring to the sleeve on TRS plugs. Behringer Composer Pro Features: * Switchable IKA (Interactive Knee Adaptation) program-adaptive compression circuitry combines the advantages of hard-knee and soft-knee characteristics * Integrated de-esser with switchable male/female voice recognition removes excessive sibilance from your vocal tracks * IGC (Interactive Gain Control) peak limiting circuitry combines clipper and program limiter for reliable and inaudible protection against signal peaks * Switchable dynamic enhancer for brilliant, lively audio even with heavy compression * IRC (Interactive Ratio Control) expander/gate circuitry for virtually inaudible noise suppression * Switchable tube simulation for the extra warmth and transparency of classic tube circuitry * Automatically or manually adjustable attack and release times * Switchable low contour filter prevents "pumping" due to low-frequency dominated compression * Stereo couple function with independent output level settings * Switchable side chain input with side chain monitor function * Ultra low-noise 4580 operational amplifiers and state-of-the-art THAT® VCA's * Separate 12-segment LED meters for input/output levels and gain reduction * Dedicated "traffic light" threshold and de-esser level displays * High-quality detented ALPS® potentiometers and illuminated switches * Servo-balanced inputs and outputs with ¼" TRS and gold-plated XLR connectors * Relay-controlled hard bypass switch with auto bypass function in case of power failure * Manufactured under ISO9000 certified management system Edited March 23, 2011 by gruskgo
