wayne58 Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) This beauty was my main bass, but I am selling it due to returning to 4 string basses, which I find easier to play these days because of a wrist injury. As a result I haven't touched this since buying Molan's Sadowsky Will Lee. Ebony fingerboard AAA quilted maple on ash Cherry burst finish EMG 40J pickups Black hardware Built February 1996 Very good condition, bar a couple of minor surface dings and some playing wear on the neck and head stock. was £1975 now with firm and final price reduction to * £1800* including Sadowsky case and shipping in UK. I can also deliver within 100 miles of Preston Edited July 6, 2011 by wayne58

wayne58 Posted February 28, 2011 Author Posted February 28, 2011 Update to add more pictures. May also consider trade with vintage fender jazz.
wayne58 Posted March 1, 2011 Author Posted March 1, 2011 A few trade offers, but still available at the moment.
wayne58 Posted March 2, 2011 Author Posted March 2, 2011 Thanks all for the trade offers, just to clarify that a straight sale would be preferred but I could be tempted by a nice vintage jazz. Price now £1975 inc UK shipping.
wayne58 Posted March 4, 2011 Author Posted March 4, 2011 Bump for final price reduction and shipping now available for European Basschatters.
niceguyhomer Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 This is a staggeringly good bass folks, super light and sounds gorgeous. Cameron is a gentleman to deal with so buy with complete confidence
niceguyhomer Posted March 5, 2011 Posted March 5, 2011 I rang the guy but he's already sorted - never mind mate.
elbassisto Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 (edited) Hi Wayne just 2 questions : are the gotoh bridge and emg pickups originals ? What is the year of this lovely Sadowsky (I had the very near same one) : mine was 2003. Bump for a really great and beautifull bass Edited March 7, 2011 by elbassisto
wayne58 Posted March 6, 2011 Author Posted March 6, 2011 (edited) Thanks for your comments elbassisto ....Yes, made in 1996 and the bridge and pickups are original, I emailed Sadowsky when I first got the bass to confirm this. Edited March 6, 2011 by wayne58
wayne58 Posted March 23, 2011 Author Posted March 23, 2011 I have reduced this bass as far as I can go now, so one last bump for a superb Sadowsky NYC.

The Sadowsky preamp gives you good control too. here is some info from EMG http://www.emgpickups.com/products/index/119/28/2
