Soliloquy
This is an 'as new' Acme Low B1 8 ohm speaker cabinet. I imported it direct from the manufacturer a month ago. In the time that I've owned it, it's been used on one gig, one rehearsal, plus home practice only. I always planned on buying another to go with this. I just bought two others, used but in perfect condition, the guy wouldn't split them. So I now have three of them . I'm selling this one because the two new ones have carpet covering which I prefer, this has the new 'Duratex' finsh. It is basically an audiophile speaker cab for bass players. It's designed to accurately handle a low B fundamental. It is without doubt the most accurate bass speaker cab on the market, (besides its bigger brothers the Acme Low B2 and B4). There are hundreds of reviews of this cab on the US bass forum 'Talkbass'. Please try and ignore the regular statements about these being 'power hungry', they aren't. They may not be the most efficient cabs on the market, but I have used this one cab successfully on a gig with a Mark Bass LM2 head. I didn't need to have the amp volume on more than 3, the cab excelled ! This is from the Acme sound website, and gives all of the relevant technical information.
