Changes between slap and fingerstyle

Hi,

Just having a moment of self-doubt. When I write my own bass parts which move from slap to fingers I usually write "slap" and "pizz" to mark the changes.
I'm just questioning my use of "pizz."
What would the correct term be?

Whichever you understand better!

I have seen "pizz" and "fingerstyle" both written on bass guitar scores.

Whatever works for you, especially if they are your own personal sheets.

I'd be more inclined to write pizz.
