Swapsies? Anyone want to trade an MIJ Boss SD-1 for an ODB-3

Post title says it all I guess. I have a very good condition SD-1 made in 1983 in Japan. I don't really want it, and will trade it for a working ODB-3.

The SD-1 is in very good cosmetic condition and is boxed, works and sounds a treat. Only slight issue is that the switch occasionally misses (only if you scuff the pedal in the heat of the moment rather than giving it a good clean firm stomp).

If you're a collector of these things or somehow a connoisseur, you'll know that the MIJ SD-1 is in no way different to the MIT model, in terms of sound, and doesn't really have a higher build quality either. It does have the slightly inferior ACA adapter though, and a black label with Japan on the bottom which tends to get people a little moist in the knicker department. It is neither rare, nor particularly highly regarded, but once again, it was made in Japan, during the early stages of Boss's world domination, which means that people seem to want them. It sounds sh*t on bass too...
God damn I've only gone and convinced myself to keep it (only joking). Seriously though. If you're a boss afficionadp, you'll know what this pedal is worth, and an ODB-3 is a fair trade for a piece of 'musical history'.

Some will say that the ODB-3 also sounds sh*t on bass. Well beauty is in the ear of the beholder, and I like 'em and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I just don't think that the Sd-1 is going to work for me.

Obviously a guitar forum is the best place for this bad boy, but i'm not likely to pick up an ODB-3 there and I'd rather do this transaction cashless....
anyone? anyone?

Much as I'd prefer to doa straight swap, the obvious way to execute this transaction is going to be via ebay... so speak in the next 4 days if you're interested...

Cheers

Incidentally - If anyone' put off by the minor switch glitch, I have a spare switch so I could fix it... (TBH I would have done anyway if it was in any way an issue for me...)
