aLxbass Posted March 13, 2011 Posted March 13, 2011 Hi, the other day I got my 406QM! I love it, brilliant bass.. looks gorgeous and feels great. But theres one problem... when I play it through my amp (Laney RB2) it makes a horrid rumbling noise unless I pluck the strings extremely lightly.. I was wondering is this because my amp sucks or is it a fault with the electronics on the bass? Bare in mind my other bass's are fine on this amp but they are all 4 strings and the majority of the rumbling noise on the low B string. Oh, and this is the only amp I have available at home so i can't trying it on anything else at the moment, was just wondering if its a known problem? Thanks, Alex Quote
