Have you any must own method book recommends?

[size=2][font="Verdana"]Being a Born Again Bassist I have this mish mash of technique going on and thought I'll ask you guy's if you could recommend a must own method book, maybe something that has been around for a while or even a recent you have to have this book, or DVD. I got hold of VW's Groove Workshop recently and just love the 2 thru 10 philosophy that applies to any musician AWESOME stuff. Just want to get my Bass Head in the right place and work on some technique again. My theory is pretty good after playing guitar for 30 odd yrs but don't read, maybe I should start.
