how to record a good quality video?

Hello basschatters, i want to post a video here of me playing,but i don;t know how to record it
where do i start ?
here is all i have:
macbook
audio interface mac webcam
any of these tools are usefull?

I'm on Bootham, come round and play it for me live.

I use the iSight on my iMac to record the video and record the audio on Logic 8.

I export it to .mp4 and then open Adobe Premiere CS5. I sync the audio and video up, do any cuts and compress everything on there.

Output to .mpeg2! 'Appy days.
