I was thinking about maybe getting the fretless version but then I played a fretted one in GAK. It was very very disappointing.

Cheers, didn't know someone had already checked it out, a fine looking bass does not always make a fine playing bass!

I tried the fretless for a few moments. Appallingly heavy. Fingerboard is very flat, very wide, very sharp-edged. Overall: horrid.

Two pup types... piezo and piezo I assume!

Stereo outputs... How does that work then? I'm assuming it's one output for each pup (whatever/wherever they may be, if there are two) but that would just be a mono from each.
