tomb
its probably new, since you can see the price tag on the 2nd photo, but still, i wouldnt pay that much for an Aria
lemmywinks
Yeah it's one of their upmarket models. Carol Kaye played an Aria like this and she invented music! chrismuzz
Looks like it's got Seymour Duncan's on it, and it's in good nick. Steve Bailey used to play a 6er of one of these so they've gotta be good.. But still, that's a very ambitious price!

They make some really good basses, by all accounts these models are extremely well made, play brilliantly and sound the nuts. People pay that sort of money for all the branded Corts (G&L, Lakland etc.) which are overseas basses with decals on.

I dont know why, i just dont like fake stuff... kinda feels like downloading an album from a torrent instead of having the real thing... just feels wrong to me
Delberthot
Its the fretted version of the Steve Bailey. I nearly bought the fretless one a couple of years ago for something like £600 Carol Kaye did play a 4 string one although that may have been James Jamerson now you come to mention it Edited March 20, 2011 by Delberthot

Though I wouldn't object to a Sadowsky/Nordy/Lakland either
