Fender US Jazz neck onto MIM body

The smartarse answer is that you can make any neck fit any body... the more helpful one you want to hear is, nope they should fit fine.

I really don't know, it says official fender, but this is the 'bay when alls said and done

Looks like one of the newer MiM necks... I don't see why it shouldn't fit.

I used this lot to get the blocked/bound 70s Jazz neck (MIM) that I put on my '71 P/J (in the Gear Porn pages). They just take apart recent Fenders and sell off the bits and gave a pretty good service, as far as I was concerned.

yep I took a punt that I wouldn't and I got hit. Ended up paying close to £300 for the neck which suddenly didn't seem like such a good deal (although Allparts blocked/bound, non-logo'd, non-tuner'd necks are over £200 so I couldn't find one cheaper)

Incidentally I will probably be selling the neck on as I have converted the '71 back to a fretless, now that I have a 63 P (fingers crossed) incoming
