Is there any reason why this Jazz Neck won't fit onto a 2002 MIM jazz body.

Thx

What do you reckon, is that because it's not connected to a body??

**Edit** I've mailed him to see what he says out of interest!! :)

I'd guess it's not a perfected service.

What's a perfected service? that's a new one on me. :)

I used this lot to get the blocked/bound 70s Jazz neck (MIM) that I put on my '71 P/J (in the Gear Porn pages). They just take apart recent Fenders and sell off the bits and gave a pretty good service, as far as I was concerned.

lol I mean the Guitar Project resource not the ebay dude. :)
The Guitar Dater Project aims to provide you with the information hidden in your Guitars' Serial number in plain English. It is a work in progress and is constantly evolving, much of which is due to user feedback.
Aha glad someone's used them, did you get clobbered with import tax or anything??

yep :) I took a punt that I wouldn't and I got hit. Ended up paying close to £300 for the neck which suddenly didn't seem like such a good deal (although Allparts blocked/bound, non-logo'd, non-tuner'd necks are over £200 so I couldn't find one cheaper)

Incidentally I will probably be selling the neck on as I have converted the '71 back to a fretless, now that I have a 63 P (fingers crossed) incoming
