Duesenberg Basses

I love the look of Duesenberg basses such as these:

As they are German, and as everything is so expensive in the UK, I was wondering whether any German BCers know of any good shops in Germany that sell them and have good websites in English.

Also has anyone got any experience of these things, I have never played one.
I know it's probably not what you want, but visit the Waterstone Guitars site - I have a twelve string TP12 that looks just the same as the blue bass pictured - they also make a four and eight as well.

I already have a Waterstone Indra, which I love. I am mostly interested in the Duesenberg semi-hollow because I like the colour.

Also I did watch Tom Petty last night and I am fairly sure that the guitarist was playing a duesenberg.

It was definitely a Duesenberg that TP's guitarist was playing.

Not too keen on the go faster stripe version but they do a gorgeous bass with a club bass (hofner) shaped body. Short scale IIRC
Here's a link to the Waterstone Guitars site. It's worth a look. Expensive I suspect, very nice though, a black Indra, now that would look good.

When I got my Indra Waterstone recommened Bass Northwest, and they were very good. If you buy direct from Waterstone, the bass is more expensive but the shipping is much cheaper and overall it is cheaper to buy from Waterstone. I bought from Bass Northwest because they do a proper setup, and I don't think shipping the place to cut costs when dealing with a bass.

Before taxes the bass and shipping cost me $844. Factoring in taxes, the whole thing cost me just under £600 and frankly that is a bargin for such a beautiful bass.
Eastwood Classic? They go for £350-ish over here.

That Eastwood looks awesome! Very cool. Same with this Di Pinto:

In Black or Sunburst, not keen on the gold. And for some reason all the Deluxe models have that horrible silver headstock that doesn't even match.
