krispn Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 The Matt Freeman does have a certain cool about it. Looking forward to messe opening tomorrow and seeing what the initial reports are. Quote
thinman Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 You have to hand it to Squier - they seem to be getting their marketing spot-on. I know many don't consider them to be serious instruments (and I admit to have irrational thoughts in my mind) but they've produced so many models lately that I like the look of. I've a CV 60's P in blue and now I want one of the active Jaguars in red. Quote
Duarte Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Doesn't Matt Freeman play a Tony Franklin signature P bass? What's going on there... That butter P looks so nice. I think it may be ESSENTIAL Quote

He also metions he has had over 90 basses. Edited April 6, 2011 by dave_bass5 Quote
Musicman20 Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 I think it may have been linked to, but here is the reason why I started to take bass evenn more seriously....good bass players in punk? You'd be surprised how many there are. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPhZ8SYa1Sw Matt Freeman shredding on a Jazz bass with zero effort. Quote
