At least he is not a scammer then, its 100% accurate!

FYI, I bought a 72 Jazz last year (now owned by HiPeri0n) and it came with passive EMGs - I suspect they were a common mod. I bought some vintage correct p/ups and re-installed but wasn't a cheap exercise :)

Depends on who's playing it. :)

edit : Oh and (having tried to squeeze active EMGs in a jazz myself) my original comment on the battery was more about what may possibly be hiding under the p/g. Tis ebay after all.
