I'm selling it for my husband............. Alarm bells start to ring.

I'm listing this guitar for my husband as he got a new bass recently, he says: it plays really well, its got a great neck (strung with Rotosound stainless steel pressure wound)

I offered them 315 several weeks ago and they refused - now its down to 300! Oh well, nice bass for little money but I've bought something else now. Anyonw out there got a 5 string of these in natural?

For what it's worth. . . .

I have a Status Shark and a Groove.

Both are really nice basses.

The Groove is VERY nice and if it wasn't for the fact that I am trying to
cure my NAS (Noah's Ark Syndrome) I would have this in a flash.
Top quality, beautiful neck, balances well, nice weight, great sounds. . .
I could go on and on.

If you are looking for a very good bass at £STUPID for what it is, grab
it please before I can't resist any longer.

Nurse. . . . . My injections, please.

Cheers. :)

What is the tone of these things like? Looking at the pickup arrangement, I'm guessing that they might be slightly Stingray-like?

Me too.... agree with your comments. Always regretted selling my Groove 5er (madness) but still have a fretless (the last "real" Groove out of the factory, wooden neck as opposed to the three which followed with graphite necks) and now have a Shark 5er which I love too. They are both so... playable. Fantastic basses :)

Yep, spot on. But (IMHO) they sound sweeter and play better than Stringrays.
