icastle
I've not tried the Surveyor series but I've tried the D series stuff and own a B series. Very well made and finished with nice attention to detail. The only real negative I can think of is that they're a little on the heavy side. Jerry_B
I've got an LTD Vintage 204 (black with white pickguard). It's a nicely put together, solid bit of kit, and I like the pickups in it alot. I'm not sold on the relic effect, but I don't like reliced guitars anyway. I'm thinking of selling mine if anyone's tempted - I need the dosh at the moment...! Randy_Marsh
I used to have the black one but in 4 string. Great bass and really well made, nearly as nicely made as some Laklands I've played. Heavy as f*** though

Schnozzalee
ESP are fantastic, even the ugly ones are flawless on build. I've not come across a heavy one yet, fortunately. Wouldn't mind the Sunburst P/J at all! Edited April 4, 2011 by Schnozzalee

buff
Had a 4 string surveyor, great bass to play. Good variety of sound's, well made. But the look's didnt grow on me and took me ages to sell on here.
TomTom
My first bass was a LTD B154? I think. Very cheap. Still going strong and still plays beautifully even compared to my fender Jazz and G&L. Just didnt have the sound due to cheaper pickups etc. Id have another ESP in a second.
