FT at the mo. ACG EQ02. Want U retro Deluxe

I have an ACG EQ02 filter based pre-amp. I fancy swapping it for a U retro Deluxe.

The pre-amp is a single pickup one with a tone control (roll off) as well as the 2 filter stacks.
