Taylor Big Baby Acoustic £200 PHOTOS ADDED

Recommended Posts

I need to sell this to fund some amp GAS...

I'm sad to see it go, but I don't play guitar at all, so three six stringers is a bit excessive...It's a 15/16ths size - meaning it's slightly smaller than a full size acoustic and perfect for slightly smaller hands (don't let that put you off, this isn't a toy guitar). Have a look around the net for just how well regarded these acoustics are.

It was bought new in 2002, and hasn't left the house since purchase. I played six Big Babies before picking this one, best tone by far out of the batch I played!. Comes with a new set of long life strings/Taylor gigbag/warranty card/hang tags (if I can find them!). The marks in the photo are natural swirls in the wood - there is no damage to this guitar :)

I have really looked after this guitar. If you are local, come around and try it!!

I REALLY don't want to post this - but could meet in Sheffield/Leeds/Manchester/Yorkshire for some fuel contributions!!

Looking for £200 or why??

Any bass/amp swaps/part ex?
What kind of an amp are you after? I have this available ( http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=8656&hl=hughes )and though I already have a Taylor BB I'd use it as a back-up to mine! Is it the original semi rigid Taylor case with the guitar?
Sadly I was after a higher wattage amp than what I currently have, a Superfly...

It does have the semi rigid (not that rigid! case). The beige Taylor branded jobbie.
Never mind, good luck with the sale :)

HI,

I'd love your Taylor and it so happens I have some surplus power amps and also a cab, having just upgraded my rig.

Don't know what you are looking for, but I have a Peavey MAX450 (about 350 watts into 4 ohms) and a Peavey MAX700 (500 watts into 4 ohms) plus a MAG410 8 ohm cab.

Anything there of interest?

and the Max700 is 475 watts into 4 ohms:
Sorry I should have been clearer - I'm thinking of going the rack route (pre+superfly/poweramp maybe??). Looking for something a bit more upmarket than the Peavey.

If only that cab had been 4 Ohms...

Ok being very specific, I need an ABS rack case/rack bag, rack tuner, lightweight 4 ohm cabs, tasty preamp/poweramp or tasty head (H&K would be great...). I have cash to add to the equation too...
ok, no worries. The reason I'm selling the cab is because it's 8 ohms - bought on a whim, and not thought through properly :)

Have you seen the Ampeg preamp Dood is selling? Might be what you are after.

Good luck with finding what you want.
