Peavey 2x15 Cabs...

Currently looking at this beast for sale locally at a very cheap price. (Pic attached)

Google isn't coming up with much useful information about it...I've gathered from the seller it's a 4 ohm cab but I can't find anything about the power handling of it.

Does anyone here have any experience with this cab? Any info would be much appreciated!

I think there are several variations of that cab, any idea what drivers it's got in it? If it has a little plaque at the front that says "BW" then maybe it has some potentially good black widow drivers in it, making it a good if heavy cab

BW were decent drivers at the time but if this cab doesn't have them, I would think it is a huge effort to move around without too much power. Good in their day and if in good conditon, will do a job if they are very cheap.

I used one for years and it was loud rather than deep. Nice dirty sound with an Ampeg V4.
