Never in my life have I felt so empty

Dropped my fretless Warwick off with Steve Curtis at the guitar repair workshop earlier on to have a John East preamp fitted so it's virtually identical to my fretted one (apart from woods....and frets...and age). First time I've ever been without and I already miss it

I get it back on Friday or Tuesday though, so at the same time I'm pretty excited Loaned my EUB to my teacher today too so I've actually let go of two basses in a day

If you really have never felt so empty because you are missing a bass or two then you really have had a rarefied existence. Pray to your Gods it continues.

There's obviously lots of other important stuff BUT, I never realised it's possible to become so attached to a bass
