EXAR Electronix Handmade BASS COMPRESSORS

I'm looking for a compressor, and came across these on eBay.

Just wondered whether anyone has any knowledge of them.

You should have a word with the famous 'bongomania' of ovnilabs - I think he's an Exar rep....

Not tried it yet, but after reading Ovnilabs I purchased one via ebay - should get it in a week or so. Will probably do review or put up some soundclips as I couldn't find much on youtube or elsewhere regarding the bass compressor specifically.

Got it in the post yesterday - so far, wow! Extreme squash and sustain, just like I wanted.

I'm gonna put it through its paces with my 6 string, my 12 string tapper and a fretless. Should get some sound clips up soon.
