sifi2112 Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 (edited) Got this as backup for Fender Geddy Lee but it turned out much better so sold Fender but now play 5 string so just not getting use .. only trade I'm really interested in is a Gallien Krueger 700 RB-II .. it has minor scratches etc as I have used & gigged it the last few years .. bass assembled & all work done by the late Paulman (Huddersfield) ... nice light weight bright snappy jazz but also aggressive with a nice growl .. [b]TRADED[/b] Simon I've recorded some sound samples showing different pickup positions ie 1=br / 2=br+n series out of phase / 3=br+n parallel / 4=br+n series / 5=n Recorded on line6 backtrack through Markbass Classic 300 valve amp (all knobs (cept master vol) set at 12 o'clock & Barefaced Super 12 (tweeter off), I am a heavy handed player but this is just to give you an idea etc, also there is plenty of cavity space to add extra controls/preamp etc .. hope this helps.
