Opinions needed: Mackie 402 vs Soundcraft Compact 4

Just wondered if anyone had any opinions on the sound/build quality of both the Mackie 402 and/or the Soundcraft Compact 4 as I have my eye on each of these on the 'bay at the moment. Also, any thoughts on the Tapco Mix 60 or Blend 6? Peavey PV6? Any other small mixer? Need one for monitoring with in-ears and for home practice with CD/MP3/iPhone mix to earphones.
