It looks like it's simply been left in coke. I tried cleaning some old tuners in coke over night once and this is exactly how they turned out - eaten through to the nickel. It's a very poor relic job. I mean how is the depressed section in the F supposed to have been rubbed away over time. Mugs. Quote
