A mixture of Carbon Fibre and Fibreglass. Piezo ceramics. Great sounding straight into my Genz Benz. Even better through a Marbass. Lowish action. Mixture of strings, Patricks and Spiro Weichs. whynot Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 I have one of these, less the tripod. Blows the NS away if your looking for a more upright tone from an EUB and you want the neck to feel like an upright.

According to Alan it is down to his treament of materials that transmits the sound better than wood. He's a genuine boffin. He's just down the trainline from me near Whitstable. Adrian
